Someone Won £1,500 for 2017's "Best Loch Ness Monster Sighting"

The UK Mirror has a new article up on a woman who won £1,500 for having the "best Loch Ness Monster sighting" of 2017.

The article reads:

A woman who had a monster surprise on her honeymoon in the Highlands has won £1,500 for the experience.
The annual Best Nessie Sighting of the year has been won by Rebecca Stewart of Lancashire with a picture she took on her honeymoon last October.
Mrs Stewart from Chadderton, Oldham, photographed and saw the large fin shape for five minutes - although it is admittedly somewhat hard to make out on the photograph.
Her husband Paul also claims to have seen the Loch Ness Monster as the picture was snapped while they were with their two-year-old son Thomas and the family dog.
Mrs Stewart's sighting was accepted by the Official Loch Ness Monster Sightings Register and then entered into the competition which has a prize of £1,500 given by bookmakers William Hill.
Mrs Stewart, who has recently been made redundant from her job as a social housing officer, said: "It's amazing, it's really great."
On the sighting she said: "I saw something that was really strange - it was hard to tell on size, however birds would fly near it and (they) looked very small in comparison to the thing in the water.
"We were on the pier and the thing was over near what looks like a small boat house. Birds would fly near it and quickly fly away from it," she said in her report.
"A boat came from the canal and the thing then disappeared. We didn't have binoculars unfortunately but I used my iPhone to take the photos".
Mrs Stewart's father and step mother have also recently moved to the Loch Ness area and she hopes to visit again.
"We absolutely love it here - the scenery, everything and I will be keeping a lookout in case I see anything," she added.
Gary Campbell, Keeper of the Register of Sightings at Loch Ness, said: "Rebecca is a worth winner. She was one of eleven sightings last year which was a record for this century and she won in a competition that had four pieces of video evidence submitted as well."

Below is Stewart's winning photo... I don't see anything there but a blob, but I would be interested in hearing what anyone thinks!
